Chiropractic care addresses the biomechanics of the body, and aims to restore optimal function of the muscles, joints and nervous system. Chiropractors treat spinal pain, rotator cuff injuries, ankle sprains, headaches and more, using manual mobilizations, soft tissue release, laser therapy and essential oils.

Leah’s approach to therapy is highly collaborative with a strong emphasis on creating a safe therapeutic relationship. While My primary theoretical approach is cognitive-behavioural therapy, integrating other approaches such as Dialectical-Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focussed Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative therapy. Leah provides therapy for individuals ages 16 and up who are struggling with anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, trauma, stress and overwhelm, and self-esteem issues. Leah also provide couples and relationship counseling to those who are experiencing communication problems, conflict management difficulties, negative relationship patterns and trust issues.

Dr. Dana Lowe completed an honours Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology at the University of Guelph. While at university, Dr. Lowe started chiropractic care for recurrent headache pain and was so enthusiastic about the relief she received, she decided to become a chiropractor, graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1999. In 2008 Dr. Lowe went back to school to become fully certified through the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association to provide animal Chiropractic to her practice.

Dr. Lowe has been focused on providing natural healing for the whole family and their pets. She has been helping patients for over 23 years who suffer from aches and pains resulting from repetitive activities, car accidents, pregnancy, slips and falls, workplace injuries, heavy lifting and sports injuries in a private practice since 1999. In her spare time, Dr. Lowe enjoys a very active life playing ice hockey, ultimate frisbee, yoga and spinning and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.
